Questions about Payclass
PayClass Suggested Settlements are class action settlements for which PayClass recommends you file a claim. PayClass recommends specific class action settlements to you by analyzing your transaction records, investment history, and current liabilities and matches them to the eligibility requirements for open class action settlements where, based on the court’s definition of a class, you may qualify.
PayClass Suggested Settlements are important because, according to PayClass’s proprietary data models — which are determined by your personal spending habits and investment decisions — these are the class action settlements for which you are most likely to be eligible and, therefore, have your claim approved.
By enabling “Automatic Filing” in PayClass, you’re giving PayClass permission to automatically file claims on your behalf in class actions for which we think you’re eligible. If you enable “Automatic Filing” in PayClass, then we will only file claims in class actions that are labeled as“PayClass Suggested Settlements.” If your claim is approved, and you receive financial recovery from your claim, then the gross amount of your recovery is subject to the filing fee that is associated with the subscription plan that is assigned to your account.
We recommend enabling “Automatic Filing” for many reasons but, among them, here are the two most important:
---
Highest probability for success. PayClass will only automatically file claims in class actions that are labeled as “PayClass Suggested Settlements.” PayClass Suggested Settlements are identified by matching your transaction records and investment history with the eligibility requirements of open class actions. If PayClass has labeled certain class action settlements as “PayClass Suggested Settlements,” then PayClass believes you’re eligible for those class actions and, therefore, we believe these are the class actions for which you have the highest probability of getting your claim approved and receiving a recovery payment.
---
We win together. If you enable “Automatic Filing,” then you’re giving PayClass permission to file claims on your behalf. When you give PayClass permission to file claims on your behalf, PayClass charges you a claims filing fee that is based on a small percentage of the gross earnings you receive from your recovery payment. By tying our claims filing fee to your anticipated recovery payment, PayClass is incentivized to maximize the amount of your recovery, so that we both receive the greatest amount of money. We only win when you win.
---
No heavy-lifting. Automatically filing claims is easier than having to file claims on your own. Period. We’ll deal with any headaches that might arise and keep you in the loop throughout your financial recovery process.
Not every class action is cut-and-dry. Some class action settlements have strict eligibility requirements which require claimants to provide supplemental information about their claims. If we notice that certain class actions are complex, we will preemptively assign a supplemental questionnaire to your digital claim form that helps us gather relevant information from you so we can address possible objections that may arise from claims administrators, class counsel, or the courts when filing your claim. The information you provide on your supplemental questionnaires are used solely to increase the likelihood of your claim being accepted and approved.
PayClass is the first, and only, automated class action claims filing software that matches you with consumer, antitrust, and securities class actions for which you might qualify. PayClass uses your transaction records and investment history to match you with active class action settlements for which you may qualify based on your spending habits and investing habits. After PayClass identifies a match, PayClass will notify you about your eligibility for specific class actions, and, if you choose, PayClass will automatically file claims on your behalf. After your claim is filed and approved, and money is distributed from a settlement fund, PayClass will deposit your recovery payments back into your connected bank account or investment account.
---
NOTE: PayClass is not class counsel (we’re not lawyers representing you in any class action), claims administrators (we’re not responsible for reviewing or evaluating your claims), or legal notice providers (we’re not responsible for providing you or the general public with official court notice about any specific class action). Any information you receive from PayClass is not official court notice or court-approved information. Always rely on official court documents and court notice to determine your eligibility for class actions before filing your claim(s).

Provide PayClass with your account information
Complete our questionnaire to provide PayClass with important information about your past assets, current assets, liabilities, and your non-recorded spending history (e.g., cash purchases) so we can match you with the right class action settlements
Securely connect your bank account and investment accounts to PayClass
PayClass monitors and analyzes your transaction records and investing history to match them with class actions settlements for which you’re eligible. When matches are found, PayClass will send you notifications about class actions for which you qualify, provide you with an option to file your claim, and, if you file a claim through PayClass, we’ll deposit your payment recoveries into your connected bank account or investment account(s).
Technically, you don't "make money" using PayClass; instead, you recover money that you've already lost by filing claims in class action settlements for which you're eligible. PayClass was invented because, after doing research on class action participation, we noticed that participation in class actions are exceptionally low and, therefore, millions of consumers who are harmed by corporate wrongdoers do not receive the redress they deserve. We want to help you get your money back by notifying you when you're eligible for specific class actions, helping you file your claim, maximizing your recovery payment, and depositing your payments directly into your bank account or your investment account.
By completing your account questionnaire and connecting your banking and/or investment accounts to PayClass, PayClass uses, among other things, your purchase history and current asset allocation to match you with open class actions for which you’re eligible. Your eligibility for certain class actions is based on the specific eligibility requirements set forth by the court’s definition of a “class.” PayClass does not define the eligibility of a class, however, PayClass’s technology is capable of matching putative class members (e.g., you) to class actions that may affect them by using our proprietary data models. You can find settlements that PayClass has matched you with by viewing “PayClass Suggested Settlements” in your PayClass account.
Yes, Payclass helps both individuals and businesses. If you’re interested in being notified about class actions or filing claims for either yourself or your business, then you must create two separate accounts in PayClass: one account will be an Individual account (e.g., you) and the other account will be an Enterprise account (e.g., your business).
The future can sound scary but PayClass has bank-level security, so, if you're comfortable banking online, then it's safe to link accounts to PayClass. PayClass only uses your financial information to monitor and analyze your transaction records and investment history so we can match you with class actions for which you're eligible and notify you when a match is detected. Most importantly, however, we never harvest your data or sell your data to third parties (we're not creeps).

Questions about class action claims filing
You may have received class action legal notice, although, it's our opinion that most class action legal notice campaigns fail to reach and properly inform the majority of people who are eligible to participate in class actions, and, among the people who are notified about their eligibility, class action legal notice fails to properly instruct putative class members (e.g., you) on ways properly recover from damages they’ve incurred and maximize their financial recoveries. PayClass provides you with real-time notifications about the class actions for which you’re eligible by being the first, and only, technology to use your transaction records and investment history to match you to the class actions for which you qualify. If you decide to partner with PayClass to file your claim, then PayClass also automates the claims filing process for you.
No, you can always file your class action claim(s) on your own. Neither PayClass, nor any other third-party class action claims filing company or class action claims filing specialist, is required to file class action claims on your behalf. You're free to file class action claims on your own. It's our opinion, however, that PayClass is the easiest way to find and be notified about class actions for which you're eligible, file class action claims, and receive class action settlement recovery. Choosing to file your class action claims with PayClass (or without PayClass) is your decision.
Yes, you can still use PayClass if you’re already working with a third-party claims filing professional. Here’s how you can use PayClass while still retaining a claims filing professional:
---
Real-Time Notifications & Settlement Matching: If you choose to file your own claim, or if you decide to work with a third-party claims filing company other than PayClass, then you can still use PayClass to monitor class actions for which you’re eligible and receive real-time notifications by taking advantage of “PayClass Suggested Settlements.” PayClass Suggest Settlements send you real-time notifications when PayClass matches your transaction records and investing history to new class action settlements for which we think you qualify. After receiving a notification from PayClass, you may decide not to file your claim through PayClass even though we informed you about a class action for which you’re eligible.
---
Class Action Claims Filing: If you decide to file your claim through PayClass while having an active agreement with another third-party claims filing company, then you must cancel any contracts and agreements that you have with other third-party claims filing companies before filing your claim through PayClass.
No, PayClass is not a court-appointed or court-approved legal notice provider. Any information published by PayClass has not been approved by class counsel or the courts. The notifications that you receive from PayClass are notifications that are developed by our proprietary algorithm, which intends to match you with class actions for which we think you may be eligible. It is important that, once you’re notified by PayClass about a class action for which you qualify, that you review the official court notice(s) related to the class action settlements for you plan to file a claim in to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for those specific class action.
No one can estimate settlement recoveries because no one (not even courts) know how many class members will file their claims in any given class action, or, among those that decide to file their claims, which claims will be accepted by claims administrators and subsequently distributed among class members. The only thing that PayClass can guarantee is that you will never receive any recoveries if you decide not to file claims in any class actions for which you’re eligible… wink wink.
The distribution of class action settlements vary based on, among other things, the complexity of the class action that has been brought by class counsel and the number of putative class members that exist in any given class. PayClass will not (and can not) predict the timeline for any class action settlement distribution. PayClass will notify you when distributions have occurred and PayClass will provide you with receipts that include the amount of your payment recoveries after distribution occurs.
No, PayClass is not responsible for accepting or rejecting claims; claims administrators are responsible for reviewing and deciding on claims that have been submitted to them and, because PayClass is not a claims administrator, we do not have the authority to officially review, accept, or reject any class action claims. PayClass simply provides you with the ability to find class actions for which you’re eligible through our proprietary data models (e.g., PayClass Suggested Settlements) and PayClass helps you file your claims using our claims filing technology. Prior to filing your class action claim, PayClass may ask you for supplemental information about your claim to increase the likelihood of your claim being accepted by claims administrators. Even though we would love for all of your class action claims to be filed and accepted, PayClass cannot guarantee that every claim that is filed through PayClass will be accepted.
